About Bianca
Born and bred up the street in Westminster, Bianca grew up an active kid who loved water skiing. In middle school, she was diagnosed with severe scoliosis requiring her to wear a brace for several years but that has never slowed her down. Later in high school she was a long-distance runner and was part of the cross country and track teams where she ran the 2-mile, mile, 800m and on occasion the 4x400m relay.
In 2016, at the suggestion of one of her training partners Coach Rosario!, she was training for her blue belt in krav maga and decided to try out CrossFit to help her get into better shape for her test. Even though she couldn’t do a push-up or a pull-up, after that first class she was hooked. She loved the community and how CrossFit is measurable with limitless potential to get better.
It took her 9 years to finally feel confident in her skills to go down the path of becoming a coach. She wanted to give back to the community that helped her become the athlete she is today and show people that anyone can do CrossFit.
Outside of work and training Bianca loves to hike, camp in the woods, cook, visit national parks, crochet, and read, specifically the ever-popular romantasy genre.
