About Patricia
Patricia Logsdon brings over 14 years of Krav Maga experience to the gym, both as a dedicated practitioner and a passionate coach. She currently holds a brown belt in Krav Maga and is certified to coach from beginner levels through advanced ranks.
Before discovering Krav Maga, Patricia played soccer for 17 years, including five years at the collegiate level. She was a Division II goalkeeper for the University of West Georgia, starting in 2006. Redshirted her first year, she went on to complete both her undergraduate and master’s degrees while competing at a high level.
Patricia’s Krav Maga journey began in Atlanta, where she first discovered her passion for the discipline. In 2014, she relocated to Orange County, continuing her training and earning her coaching certifications through Krav Maga Worldwide. In 2022, she joined DRS, where she expanded her skills further and is now certified to teach higher belt levels.
Since beginning her coaching journey in 2015, Patricia has helped countless students build confidence, resilience, and practical self-defense skills. As a coach, she believes in pushing individuals to better themselves while working at the highest level of comfort possible. Her approach blends challenge and encouragement, ensuring students leave each class stronger, safer, and more empowered.
Beyond Krav Maga, Patricia enjoys CrossFit training and outdoor adventures with her dogs. She is also proud to share her fitness journey with her husband and stepson, who inspire her every day.
